Page Us — Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Page Us governing your use of the Page Us app and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The Service

Page Us is a real-time restaurant paging and notification system. Diners can page staff from their table, and staff receive alerts. Restaurant owners manage staff, branding, and settings through an in-app admin dashboard.

Subscriptions & Billing

Staff and diners use the app for free. Only the restaurant owner pays for a subscription to keep the restaurant's paging system active.
New owners receive a free trial. After the trial ends, an active subscription is required to continue using owner features.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account at the price and billing period shown at purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law. Restaurant owners are responsible for the staff accounts and content they create.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Page Us is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you have any questions, email us anytime at hesham@grilleopatra.ca.
